BERWICK, PA-The Pennsylvania Recycling Markets Center, Inc. (RMC) has announced the formation of a new business partnership to collect and recycle plastic well pad liners from gas drilling sites in the Marcellus Shale region.

Harrisburg, PA — A new provisional specification has been issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for recycled crumb rubber (CRM) as a stabilizer for Stone Matrix Asphalt Mixture Design, RPS Construction of Plant-Mixed Hot Mixed Asphalt (HMA) Wearing Courses.
